Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) is seeking a provider to deliver the call handling element of its NHS 111 Mental Health Crisis Response Service (111 Option 2) for adults, children and young people experiencing a mental health crisis.
The provider will be responsible for access, triage and call management within the 24/7 service. AWP will retain responsibility for clinical assessments, clinical decision-making and associated outcomes.
The service will operate as an integrated model, working alongside crisis services, urgent and emergency care pathways, community mental health teams, acute hospitals, ambulance services, primary care and voluntary sector partners.
