Suppliers Appointed to £264m Public Sector Health and Wellbeing Framework

Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation, working in partnership with the London Borough of Islington, has awarded places on a new national framework for occupational health, employee assistance and associated health and wellbeing services.

The framework has an estimated maximum value of £264 million including VAT and covers occupational health services, employee assistance programmes, flu vaccinations, health and wellbeing training, modern employee assistance programmes and student assistance programmes for higher education.

The framework is divided across six lots and sub-lots, with 15 suppliers appointed for occupational health services, 13 for employee assistance programmes, nine for health and wellbeing add-on services, 17 for health and wellbeing training, 12 for modern employee assistance programmes and 11 for student assistance programmes.

The framework is expected to run nationally from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2034, with reopening periods planned in years two and five to allow additional suppliers to apply.

Public sector organisations will be able to access services through either a competitive selection process or award without competition. The notice states that the £264 million value is an estimate only and does not guarantee any level of business.
