North Northamptonshire Council, in partnership with NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board, has awarded Midco Care Limited a £9 million contract for supported living services for working age adults.
The call-off covers supported living services at Da Vinci Court in Wellingborough, Appleton Gardens, West Glebe and Southbrook in Corby, and Admiral Court in Kettering.
The contract was awarded through the existing Supported Living Services for Working Age Adults framework following a competitive selection process under Lot 1a for Learning Disabilities – Standard.
The contract is expected to run from 1 September 2026 until 31 May 2030, with two optional 12-month extensions potentially taking the agreement through to 31 May 2032.
The award decision was made on 24 March 2026.
