Swansea Bay University Health Board and NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership Procurement Services have awarded a contract to Hospital Innovations Limited for the supply of allograft Cryoskin for use in the treatment of burn injuries within the Burns Centre.
The Cryoskin will provide temporary wound coverage to support healing, reduce pain and minimise infection risk in patients with burns. The contract covers the provision, storage and delivery of clinically approved allograft Cryoskin products.
Hospital Innovations Limited has been awarded the contract with a value of £303,897.72 excluding VAT.
The contract is expected to run from 2 September 2026 until 30 June 2029.
The award decision was made on 22 July 2026, with the procurement conducted through a below-threshold procedure without competition.
