Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust has awarded Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) a £10,000 contract relating to the National Clinical Audit and Patients Outcome Programme (NCAPOP).
The contract covers the management of NCAPOP on behalf of NHS England, which the Trust states is required under contract and for CQC standards.
The contract is valued at £10,000 excluding VAT and is expected to run for one year, from 8 September 2026 to 7 September 2027.
The award decision was made on 26 August 2026, with 8 September 2026 listed as the earliest date the contract will be signed.
The procurement was conducted below threshold without competition.
