London Ambulance Service NHS Trust has awarded contracts worth £3.25m excluding VAT (£3.9m including VAT) to 10 providers under its Ambulance Services Resilience Partnership.

The partnership is intended to provide ambulance resilience services, enabling the Trust to work with external partners to respond to increased demand during unforeseeable or unprecedented incidents.
The award decision was made on 26 October 2026, with contracts estimated to run from 11 November 2026 to 11 November 2029. An extension of up to two years is available, potentially taking the arrangement through to 11 November 2031.
The notice identifies 14 tenders received, with 10 assessed at the final stage and all 10 suppliers awarded contracts. The earliest contract signing date is 9 November 2026.
