London Borough of Havering has awarded DDM Health Limited a £385,535 contract to deliver its Weight Wellness & Activity Service.
The community-based service will support residents to achieve and maintain a healthy weight through a holistic approach covering nutrition, physical activity and mental wellbeing.
The contract is estimated to begin on 1 September 2026 and run until 31 August 2029, with potential extensions to September 2031.
Four tenders were received, with one assessed at the final stage. DDM Health, an SME, secured the contract through a below-threshold open competition under the light touch regime.
