Provide short breaks and emergency support for adults with learning disabilities.

Westminster City Council is directly awarding Learning Disability Network a £4.98 million contract to provide short breaks and emergency support for adults with learning disabilities.
The contract will maintain continuity of services while plans are developed and implemented to redesign the Kingsbridge Road site. Learning Disability Network has continued delivering the service since its previous contract expired on 31 March 2026.
The arrangement covers an initial three-year period from 1 April 2026, with an optional two-year extension potentially taking it through to 31 March 2031.
The council is making the direct award on the basis that Learning Disability Network has exclusive property rights at the premises used to deliver the services and that no suitable alternative premises are currently available.
