West Yorkshire Specialist Orthodontic Services

Evaluation Criteria

The same evaluation structure is published for each of the three lots:

• Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice – 33%
• Quality and Innovation – 26%
• Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability – 21%
• Social Value – 10%
• Financial Risk – 10%

The evaluation therefore places 90% of the available weighting across quality-related criteria and social value, with Financial Risk accounting for the remaining 10%.

Provider Selection Regime

This procurement is being undertaken under the Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

The notice specifically states that the Procurement Act 2023 procurement regulations and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to the award.
