The Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire has awarded Staffordshire Women’s Aid a contract to provide a Stalking Service across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
The contract has a maximum available budget of £1,265,000, comprising £999,555 for the five-year core service, £15,000 in mobilisation costs and up to £250,000 of demand-dependent expenditure. The demand-dependent funding is not guaranteed and will only be used where required.
The service is expected to begin on 1 December 2026, with an initial term running until 30 November 2029 and two potential 12-month extensions taking the contract to 30 November 2031.
Staffordshire Women’s Aid is a voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE).
Five tenders were received and assessed, with Staffordshire Women’s Aid selected as the sole successful supplier through a competitive flexible procedure under the light touch regime.
