Exeter City Council has awarded Sanctuary Housing Association a contract to provide accommodation with support at Howell Road in Devon.
The service is funded through a grant received from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s Homelessness, Rough Sleeping and Domestic Abuse Grant. It will cover housing support within 11 units of accommodation operated by the supplier, with the support described as non-eligible for Housing Benefit.
The contract is valued at £93,100 excluding VAT and £111,720 including VAT. The award decision was made on 20 August 2026, with the contract expected to run from 2 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.
Sanctuary Housing Association has been appointed through a below-threshold procurement without competition under the light-touch regime.
The contract covers social work services with accommodation in Devon.
