The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking an experienced strategic partner to operate and manage supported living and respite schemes across the borough for people with learning disabilities and/or autism.

The contract aims to help individuals live as independently as possible, access high-quality support and lead fulfilling lives within their local communities.

Service Requirements

The successful provider will operate and manage a number of supported living and respite schemes across Hounslow.

The service will focus on:

• Supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism to live as independently as possible.
• Providing high-quality support that enables individuals to lead full and rewarding lives.
• Helping people access appropriate support within their local communities.
• Managing supported living and respite services across the borough.

The Council is seeking a strategic partner with extensive knowledge and experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and delivering relevant services.

Supplier Requirements

The opportunity is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs).

Providers should demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism, alongside the ability to operate and manage supported living and respite schemes.
