RFQ2026/24 – NMANDD PEACEPLUS Thriving Together–Minority Community Support Programme: Sports for All for the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area.

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council is seeking to appoint a competent consultancy company to design, develop and deliver a Minority Community Support Programme as part of the PEACEPLUS Thriving Together initiative.

The programme will engage a skilled inclusive sports facilitator to support children with disabilities to participate in a diverse range of accessible sports and recreational activities. The project will take a holistic approach, using sport, creative play and outdoor experiences to promote integration, orientation and wellbeing among children from minority communities.

The successful provider will be responsible for designing and delivering the programme in line with the requirements set out within the procurement documentation.

Contract Value – £10,153.62 excluding VAT (£12,184.34 including VAT)

Delivery Length – 7 September 2026 to 31 December 2026

The procurement will be conducted as a below-threshold open competition under the Light Touch Regime.
