Healthy Lives Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle – Category 3 Round 15 – Onboarding

London Borough of Newham is inviting applications from providers to join Round 15 of its Healthy Lives Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle (DPV), under Category 3 – Community Projects for Health and Wellbeing.

The opportunity allows new suppliers and previously unsuccessful applicants to apply to join the DPV, with further onboarding rounds taking place throughout its 50-month duration.

Service Requirements

The opportunity covers community projects focused on improving health and wellbeing.

Providers wishing to join the DPV must apply through the Council’s Fusion e-tendering portal. Applicants will be required to complete a qualification stage, providing information about their experience, business integrity, delivery capability and insurance arrangements.

The application process also includes a Selection Questionnaire (SQ), covering mandatory and discretionary exclusion grounds, alongside additional tender-specific selection questions.

Onboarding rounds will open and close throughout the DPV’s lifetime. Each round will have its own timetable, published within the tender documents. New rounds are expected to open within 48 hours of the previous round closing, excluding weekends and bank holidays, although delays may occur.
