Healthy Lives Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle – Category 1 Round 15 – Onboarding

London Borough of Newham is inviting applications from providers to join Round 15 of its Healthy Lives Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle (DPV), under Category 1 – Specialist Smoking Cessation Service.

The opportunity allows new suppliers and previously unsuccessful applicants to apply to join the DPV through recurring onboarding rounds during its 50-month duration.

Service Requirements

The opportunity covers the delivery of specialist smoking cessation services under Category 1.

Providers wishing to join the DPV must apply through the Council’s Fusion e-tendering portal. Applications will be assessed through a qualification stage, with suppliers required to complete the relevant Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and additional tender-specific selection questions.

Onboarding rounds will open and close throughout the lifetime of the DPV. Each round’s timetable will be included in the relevant tender documents. The Council intends to open subsequent rounds within 48 hours of the previous round closing, excluding weekends and bank holidays, although delays may occur.
