Oakfield (Easton Maudit) Limited has been awarded a £1,219,140 contract by West Northamptonshire Council for supported living spot purchasing.
The contract covers the provision of adult social care services to meet an individual’s assessed care and support needs, following an assessment under the Care Act 2014. Services are intended to provide appropriate care, support, supervision and wellbeing outcomes tailored to the individual’s requirements, while maintaining continuity of care.
The contract has an estimated start date of 1 December 2026 and will run until 1 December 2031. It includes the possibility of two further five-year extensions, potentially extending the arrangement until 1 December 2041.
The award decision was made on 2 November 2026 through a direct award procedure.
