The NHS National Estates & Facilities team has announced the return of its National Estates & Facilities Regional Roadshows, with six events taking place across England throughout September 2026.
The regional programme follows positive feedback from last year’s roadshows, which highlighted the value of bringing together NHS estates and facilities leaders closer to where they work. The events are designed to provide national and regional updates, encourage the sharing of best practice and offer an opportunity to discuss the key challenges and priorities facing NHS estates and facilities services.
The roadshows are aimed at Directors of Estates, Facilities and Finance from NHS trusts, with organisers encouraging representation from every trust within each region.
This year’s programme will take place at:
The agenda will include updates on workforce planning, capital investment, national and regional priorities, and discussions on strengthening the role of estates and facilities leaders at board level.
Those wishing to attend are advised to contact their Regional Estates Delivery Director or email the NHS National Estates & Facilities Engagement Team to register.
The Regional Roadshows provide an opportunity for NHS estates, facilities and finance leaders to hear the latest developments, exchange ideas with colleagues from across their region and contribute to discussions on the future of NHS infrastructure and estate management.
