The National Lottery Community Fund is seeking a supplier to deliver a dedicated support service for the Together for Families programme, a £59.2 million partnership programme with the Northern Ireland Department of Health.
The successful supplier may be an individual organisation or a consortium with a lead supplier and will provide a distinct but fully aligned support service to help embed and sustain the structural, relational and cultural elements of the wider programme.
Support is expected to be accessible, respectful and grounded in lived experience, contributing to the effective delivery and longer-term development of Together for Families.
The support contract has an estimated value of £583,330 excluding VAT and is expected to run for three years from 16 November 2026 to 15 November 2029.
The appointed supplier will support the Together for Families programme in embedding and sustaining its structural, relational and cultural elements.
The National Lottery Community Fund is separately procuring the C0178 Together for Families Evaluation contract alongside this opportunity.
Organisations may submit a tender for the Together for Families Support Programme, the separate evaluation contract, or both.
Where different organisations are appointed to the two contracts, the Support Programme supplier will be expected to work collaboratively with the Evaluation Supplier.
