Healthy Lives Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle – Category 3 Round 13 – Onboarding

London Borough of Newham has opened Round 13 of its Healthy Lives Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle (DPV) for Category 3 – Community projects for health and wellbeing, providing an opportunity for new and previously unsuccessful suppliers to apply to join the arrangement.

Onboarding Process

The Council states that onboarding rounds will remain available throughout the lifetime of the Healthy Lives Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle, allowing both new suppliers and organisations that were unsuccessful in previous rounds to submit bids.

Following the closure of a round, the Council expects a new round to open within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. However, suppliers are advised that there may occasionally be further delays before the next round opens.

The length of individual rounds may vary during the life of the DPV, although the Council states that a round will close at least once within any 24-month period.
