Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a contract to Workforce Wellbeing Ltd to provide an Occupational Health Physician as part of its in-house occupational health service.
The contract covers the provision of a sessional Occupational Health Physician for three days per month, supporting the Trust’s Occupational Health Service, which provides advice and support to employees working across a wide range of healthcare specialisms, professions and roles, including both manual and administrative staff.
The contract is valued at £184,000 and is due to commence on 1 September 2026, running until 31 July 2030.
The procurement was carried out through an open procedure, attracting two tenders, both submitted by SMEs. Workforce Wellbeing Ltd was selected as the successful provider following the evaluation process.
Assessment summaries were issued to bidders on 7 July 2026, with the contract expected to be signed on 29 July 2026.
