The General Medical Council (GMC) has awarded The Guardian Service Limited a contract worth £400,000 excluding VAT to provide external Freedom to Speak Up guardian services for its colleagues.
The contract is estimated to run from 23 October 2026 to 22 October 2028, with options for two further 12-month extensions, potentially taking the agreement to October 2030.
Three tenders were received, with The Guardian Service Limited selected as the sole successful supplier.
