Social Care Agency Workers Flexible Framework Agreement

Scotland Excel is establishing a national Flexible Framework Agreement for the provision of trained and vetted agency workers across a range of social care settings in Scotland.

The framework is being procured on behalf of Scotland’s local authorities, eligible Scotland Excel associate members, Integration Authorities and the Scottish Prison Service.

Lots Available

Lot 1 – Care Roles: Care Assistants, Support Workers, Housing Assistants and Senior Carers – estimated value £89 million.

Lot 2 – Professional Roles: Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Social Work Managers and Social Work Assistants – estimated value £8 million.

Lot 3 – Ancillary Roles: Domestic Assistants, Cooks, Kitchen Assistants, Handypersons and Bus Escorts – estimated value £3 million.

All workers supplied through the framework must be appropriately vetted, qualified and registered with the relevant regulatory body for their role.
