Clinical Assessment Skills (CAS) training for Pharmacist Prescribers

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is seeking an organisation to deliver a rolling programme of face-to-face Clinical Assessment Skills (CAS) training for pharmacist prescribers across Wales.

The successful provider will be required to deliver between three and four full-day CAS training sessions per region each year, covering three to four key clinical areas. One session for each clinical topic will be delivered within each geographical region.

Each session will accommodate a maximum of 15 learners and will require at least eight registered participants to proceed. HEIW reserves the right to cancel planned events where fewer than eight learners are registered, with cancellations potentially taking place seven to ten days before the scheduled session.
