Children’s Services Re-Opening of the Open Select List 2026 for all Independent Placement

Lincolnshire County Council is reopening its Open Select List for organisations providing independent placements and support for children and young people.

The opportunity covers special schools, residential children’s homes, foster care, supported accommodation, domiciliary care and short breaks for children with disabilities, and alternative provision.

Successful providers will join the list and receive relevant placement referrals ahead of the wider market. Admission does not guarantee placements or business.
