Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a contractor to refurbish and redevelop the existing Education Centre to support the North Wales Medical School programme.
The project will create an improved medical training and education environment, including reconfiguration of existing accommodation, room decanting, a new entrance and improvements to the overall layout, accessibility and functionality.
Works will take place within a live hospital environment, requiring coordination with Estates and ICT teams and compliance with relevant site, CDM and NHS Wales/BCUHB technical requirements.
