The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is seeking a specialist provider to deliver ADHD and autism coaching, mentoring and workplace support for neurodivergent employees across the UK.
Support may include individual coaching, workplace mentoring, manager sessions, transition support, neurodiversity awareness training and group workshops. Services must be neurodiversity-affirming and person-centred, with remote, on-site and hybrid delivery available.
The contract will operate on a non-exclusive, zero-commitment basis, with individual services commissioned through Statements of Work as required.
