Housing First and Couples Move on Pathway

Reading Borough Council is seeking a provider to deliver its Housing First and Couples Move On Support service, providing intensive, housing-led support for people sleeping rough or at high risk of repeat homelessness in Reading.

The service is particularly focused on individuals with multiple and complex needs and is designed to provide rapid access to secure, independent accommodation alongside flexible and person-centred support.

Support will focus on helping individuals sustain their tenancies, improve their health and wellbeing and reduce the risk of returning to rough sleeping.
