Places for People Group Limited has awarded Jigsaw Conferences Ltd a contract to provide temporary accommodation for residents who need to be relocated due to major repairs, redevelopment or refurbishment works.
The contract is valued at £13.5 million including VAT and will cover the provision of safe, suitable and fully compliant temporary accommodation across the UK.
The agreement is expected to run from 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2029, with an option to extend for a further two years to 29 September 2031.
Jigsaw Conferences Ltd, based in London, is an SME.
Seven tenders were received, with Jigsaw Conferences selected as the successful supplier following an open procedure. The contract is expected to be signed from 3 September 2026 following the standstill period.
