The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland has awarded a contract for the delivery of Tees-wide Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Services to ARCH Teesside CIO.
The contract is valued at £496,219 (excluding VAT) and was awarded through a competitive flexible procedure.
According to the contract notice, the service will deliver a high-quality, victim-focused and value for money specialist Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) support service across the Tees Valley area.
The contract is expected to commence on 1 October 2026 and run until 31 March 2028, with an option to extend until 30 September 2029, subject to funding being available.
The award decision was made on 2 June 2026, with assessment summaries issued to tenderers on 25 June 2026. The earliest contract signature date is 8 July 2026.
The procurement received one tender, which progressed through to the final assessment stage. The successful supplier, ARCH Teesside CIO, is a voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE).
