The Borough of Telford & Wrekin has selected Oakview Care Home Limited for a £351,936 contract to provide residential and nursing care services for an individual requiring a care home placement.
The contract will cover accommodation, personal care, meal preparation, medication, laundry and support with daily living, with the placement location taking account of the individual’s wishes and care requirements.
The Coventry-based provider has been selected through a below-threshold award procedure without competition, under the light touch regime.
The agreement is expected to run from 19 October 2026 to 18 October 2034, covering an estimated eight-year period.
The contract will operate on continuous rolling terms and will terminate once all individual placements made under the agreement have ended.
The contract has a total value of £351,936 excluding VAT.
