Sport England is inviting tenders for a review of the Transgender Inclusion in Domestic Sport Guidance, with an estimated contract value of £96,000 including VAT.

The review follows developments in equality legislation and case law, including the April 2025 Supreme Court ruling concerning the definition of sex under the Equality Act 2010.

The successful supplier will review and update the existing guidance from scientific, medical and policy perspectives, helping National Governing Bodies of sport develop transgender inclusion policies.
