Parental Advocacy Service

Wirral Council is seeking a provider to deliver a parental advocacy service supporting parents and carers whose children are subject to child protection arrangements.

The service will provide one-to-one advocacy support, helping parents and carers access dedicated assistance while their children are involved in child protection arrangements.

The contract has an estimated value of £460,000 excluding VAT and is being procured through a below-threshold open competition under the light touch regime.

The opportunity is identified as particularly suitable for SMEs and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs).
