NEYPPC-High Tech Homecare Medicines Service(2025)

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, on behalf of the North East & Yorkshire NHS Pharmaceutical Purchasing Consortium (NEYPPC), is establishing a major framework agreement for High Tech Homecare Medicines Services, with an estimated value of £200 million.

The multi-award framework will cover high-tech homecare medicines requirements for member NHS Trusts across the North East and Yorkshire region. Non-member Trusts and other publicly funded entities may also be given access, subject to approval from the Authority.

Lots Available

The framework is divided into six lots:

• Lot HT26-A – Unlicensed Compounded Desferrioxamine Homecare Medicines Services: £41,000,000
• Lot HT26-B – Unlicensed Compounded Antimicrobial Homecare Medicines Services: £34,000,000
• Lot HT26-C – Unlicensed Compounded Chemotherapy and Monoclonal Antibody Homecare Medicines Services: £72,000,000
• Lot HT26-D – Other Unlicensed Compounded Homecare Medicines Services: £2,000,000
• Lot HT26-E – Metabolic Disorders Homecare Medicines Services: £12,000,000
• Lot HT26-F – Other Non-compounded High Tech Homecare Medicines Services: £39,000,000

The framework will have an unlimited number of suppliers, with awards made without further competition.

• Delivery Length: 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2029, with an optional 24-month extension to 31st March 2031

• Commercial – 40%
• Social Value – 10%
