Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has awarded Trinity Hospice and Palliative Care Services Ltd a £500,381 contract to provide outsourced palliative care support.
The service will support patients who are close to death.
The contract has been awarded directly and is expected to run from 29 September 2026 to 31 March 2027.
The award decision was made on 1 April 2026, with the standstill period due to end on 28 September 2026.
