Exeter City Council has awarded The Alongside Charity a contract to provide supported accommodation services across several properties in Exeter.
The contract will provide a subsidy towards staff costs for housing-related support covering 19 units of accommodation.
The agreement is valued at £168,000 excluding VAT and £201,600 including VAT. The award decision was made on 20 August 2026, with the contract expected to run from 2 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.
The Alongside Charity has been appointed through a below-threshold procurement without competition under the light-touch regime.
The contract covers social work services with accommodation in Devon.
