Hereford and Worcester Fire Authority has awarded a contract for the provision of occupational health support services to Heales Health Services Ltd following a competitive procurement process.
The contract is valued at £914,986.02 including VAT and will support the delivery of occupational health services across the Authority.
The agreement is scheduled to commence on 1 September 2026 and run for an initial five-year term until 31 August 2031. The Authority has included options to extend the contract by two further one-year periods, potentially taking the arrangement through to 1 September 2033.
The procurement was conducted using a Competitive Flexible Procedure under a concession arrangement and attracted strong market interest, with six tenders received and assessed.
