London Borough of Croydon has awarded contracts to three providers for The Trailblazer (Economically Inactive) – Health, Wellbeing and Work Readiness Programme II.
Asian Resource Centre of Croydon Ltd has secured a contract worth £169,500 excluding VAT, while Runway Apprenticeships Limited and Work Works Training Solutions C.I.C. have each been awarded contracts worth £56,500 excluding VAT.
The programme covers job search, career guidance, and guidance and counselling services in Croydon.
The award decision was made on 26 August 2026, with the contracts expected to run from 9 September 2026 until 31 March 2027.
The procurement was carried out through a below-threshold limited competition, with three tenders received and all three suppliers awarded contracts.
