What’s one leadership habit you’ve stolen from someone else?

The best leaders are often lifelong learners. Throughout our careers, we meet people whose approach leaves a lasting impression—whether it’s the way they communicate, recognise success, support their team or stay calm under pressure.

There’s no shame in borrowing a great idea. In fact, some of the strongest leadership habits are those we’ve learned by watching others and making them our own.
