What keeps you working in the sector?

Health and social care can be demanding, emotionally challenging and, at times, exhausting. Yet every day, millions of people continue to show up with compassion, professionalism and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

For some, it’s the relationships they build with patients, residents and families. For others, it’s the privilege of helping people through life’s most important moments or knowing that no two days are ever the same.
