Nottinghamshire County Council has awarded The Children’s Society (Services) Limited a £710,500 contract to deliver its Child Exploitation Specialist Support Service.
The service will provide child-centred support for Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE), including support for care leavers up to the age of 25 across North and South Nottinghamshire.
Two tenders were received and assessed, with The Children’s Society selected as the successful provider.
The initial 18-month contract will run from 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2028, with options for two further 12-month extensions, potentially taking the service through to 30 June 2030.
