Contract for Supported Housing Needs Assessment and Supported Living Strategy
Inner Circle Consulting Limited
London
London Borough of Brent has awarded the contract for its Gangs & Serious Youth Violence Programme to St Giles Trust.
The contract has a value of £349,608 including VAT and was awarded following an open procurement process.
The agreement is expected to commence on 21 July 2026 and run until 1 April 2029.
The programme is designed to provide intervention and support for individuals at risk of entering gang-related offending, as well as those already involved in gangs who are seeking to exit the gang lifestyle. Alongside targeted interventions, the service will deliver crime and gang awareness sessions in schools, while supporting participants to achieve positive outcomes based on their individual needs.
The procurement attracted three tenders, all of which were assessed at the final stage. All three submissions came from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with two submitted by voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs). St Giles Trust was selected as the successful supplier.
The award decision was made on 24 June 2026, with the earliest contract signature date scheduled for 21 July 2026.
