Contract for Supported Housing Needs Assessment and Supported Living Strategy
Inner Circle Consulting Limited
London
South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a contract to Black Thrive Global CIC to provide housing and social support navigation services for people with severe mental health needs in Lambeth.
The service is intended to address a lack of housing, along with related housing and social care issues, that prevents people with severe mental health needs from being discharged from hospital wards and step-down services.
The contract has a value of £547,448 excluding VAT (£656,937.61 including VAT) and is expected to commence on 1 August 2026, running until 31 July 2027. The agreement includes the option to extend by two additional 12-month periods, potentially taking the contract through to 31 July 2029.
The contract was awarded following an open procedure. One tender was received and assessed, with Black Thrive Global CIC selected as the successful provider. Assessment summaries were issued to tenderers on 29 June 2026, with the standstill period due to conclude on 8 July 2026. The contract is expected to be signed on 13 July 2026.
