Should good leaders always be visible?

Some leaders are constantly on the front line, while others prefer to work quietly behind the scenes. Both approaches can be effective, but visibility can have a powerful impact on morale, trust and communication.

Whether it’s walking the floor, checking in with colleagues or simply being available when people need support, being present often means more than being seen.
