YAS 17 2026_27 Provision of Physiotherapy Services

Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a provider to deliver physiotherapy services for its workforce under a new contract commencing in April 2027.

The procurement is open to organisations capable of providing physiotherapy services for Yorkshire Ambulance Service staff and is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The contract covers the provision of physiotherapy services for Yorkshire Ambulance Service staff.

The procurement is intended to appoint a provider to deliver the service from 1 April 2027, with options to extend the contract for up to three additional one-year periods.

Deadline: 14 August 2026 – 12:00pm

Contract Value: £500,000 excluding VAT (£600,000 including VAT)

Delivery Length: 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2029, with the option to extend by up to three additional 12-month periods, giving a maximum contract term of five years.

Procurement Information

The procurement will be conducted using an Open Procedure.

The contract will operate under NHS Terms and Conditions.

Electronic tender submissions are required and must be submitted in English through the Health Family eTendering portal.

This opportunity provides physiotherapy providers with the chance to deliver workforce health services for Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust under a multi-year contract.
