The London Borough of Croydon is inviting tenders for the delivery of The Young Person, inc VAWG, Thornton Heath, South Norwood, New Addington Outreach service.

The procurement covers three separate outreach projects designed to deliver services for young people, including violence against women and girls (VAWG) outreach, across three locations in the borough:

• Lot 1 – Young Person, inc VAWG, Outreach in Thornton Heath
• Lot 2 – Young Person, inc VAWG, Outreach in South Norwood
• Lot 3 – Young Person, inc VAWG, Outreach in New Addington

The Council is seeking to appoint three suppliers, with one supplier awarded per project. Organisations may apply for up to all three lots but will be awarded a maximum of one project.

The opportunity covers services relating to community services, health and social work services, community action programmes, welfare services for children and young people, guidance and counselling services, youth education services, and social work and related services.

Buyer – London Borough of Croydon

Deadline – 3 August 2026, 12:00pm

Contract Value – £172,500 excluding VAT (£207,000 including VAT)

Delivery Length – 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2028, with the Council holding the option to extend the contract for up to two years from the commencement date.
