Student Counselling Services

Ulster University is seeking an external student counselling provider to supplement its existing wellbeing, mental health, disability and financial support services across its campuses.

The service will provide therapeutic counselling for students following triage by the University’s Student Wellbeing team, with a seamless referral process required between the University and the successful provider.

Ulster University has almost 30,000 registered students across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Great Britain, EU countries and international markets.

Contract Value: £1,200,000 including VAT
Delivery Length: 2 years, with options to extend for up to a further 24 months

The initial contract is expected to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with potential extensions taking the agreement to 31 December 2030.
