Rochdale Borough Council has launched a procurement for the Rochdale Borough Specialist Health Improvement Service – Invitation To Tender under the Competitive Process of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

• Social Value – 20% (10% Quantitative TOMS and 10% Qualitative)
• Interview and Presentation – 10% (Interview 5%, Presentation 5%)

Tender submissions must be made electronically via The Chest portal, while Social Value (TOMS) submissions must be uploaded separately through the Social Value Portal by 14 September 2026 at 12:00 noon.
