RFQ2026/24 – NMANDD PEACEPLUS Thriving Together–Minority Community Support Programme: Sports for All for the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area.

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council is inviting competent consultancy companies to tender for the design, development and delivery of a minority community support programme focused on inclusive sport and recreation.

The programme will engage a skilled inclusive sports facilitator to help children with disabilities participate in a diverse range of accessible sporting and recreational activities.

Delivery will take a holistic approach, combining sport with creative play and outdoor experiences to support integration, orientation and wellbeing among children from minority communities.

The requirement covers recreational, cultural and sporting services alongside education, training and wider community, social and personal services.

Contract Information

Buyer: Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (NMD)

Deadline: 1 September 2026, 12:00pm

Contract Value: £10,153.62 excluding VAT (£12,184.34 including VAT)

Delivery Length: 7 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 – approximately 3 months and 24 days

Evaluation Criteria

Tenders will be evaluated using the following weighting:

  • Quality – 80%
  • Cost – 20%
