Reopening of Framework Agreement for Live-in Care (All-Ages), Complex Care (All-Ages) and Trusted Assessors for Spot Therapy and Clinical Psychology Provision for NHS Devon Integrated Care Board

NHS Devon Integrated Care Board is reopening its framework agreement for live-in care, complex care and specialist therapy services, with a combined maximum framework value of £61,297,064 excluding VAT.

The opportunity allows additional providers to join the existing framework and deliver personalised health and care services across Devon.

Service Lots

The framework covers three lots:

• Lot 1 – Live-in Care at Home for All-Ages: £2,757,224
  Personal care and support enabling individuals with assessed health and social care needs to remain at home.
• Lot 2 – Complex Care for All-Ages: £56,091,840
  Specialist care for adults, children and young people with complex healthcare needs, including clinically supervised care packages.
• Lot 3 – Trusted Assessors for Spot Therapy and Clinical Psychology Provision: £2,448,000
  Speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and clinical psychology assessments and interventions for eligible children and young people, including SEND-related provision.

Supplier Requirements

Providers must demonstrate the capability and capacity to deliver the services covered by their selected lots.

• Applications can be submitted for all three lots.
• Existing framework providers do not need to reapply.
• Previously unsuccessful applicants may submit a new application.
• The procurement is being conducted under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) 2023.

The reopening provides an opportunity for domiciliary care agencies, complex care providers and specialist therapy organisations to access NHS-commissioned services across Devon.
