Provision of Workforce and Associated Services

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Neutral Vendor to provide a fully managed service for the supply of temporary clinical agency staff across its sites.

The appointed supplier will manage the agency supply chain and provide workforce technology covering bookings, rostering, timesheets, payments and reporting. The service also includes Direct Engagement arrangements, compliance monitoring and support with requirements including right to work, mandatory training, IR35 and professional registration.

The Trust is seeking a scalable workforce model that supports safe staffing, timely fulfilment and continuity of care across its locations.

The procurement is being conducted through Health Trust Europe Framework Total Workforce Solutions III (Strategic Workforce Services), Lot 2c only. Suppliers must be part of this framework lot to participate.
